Delivery Policy
All orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmed order.
Please note the lead time for your order. Stock items are usually despatched in 1-2 business days. Workshop items are subject to a lead time between 2-10 days – this will be advised at time of order or when requesting a quotation. Special order items may have an extended lead time, please let us know if you require an estimate.
Our domestic delivery charges are based on weight. Standard courier services used are Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day

For Highlands, Islands and Offshore, we use Royal Mail wherever possible. However, if this is not possible due to item size, we reserve the right to surcharge where applicable.
Collection is possible from our offices in Tadworth, Surrey. Please do not come to collect an order until you have had confirmation that it is ready for collection.
International shipping is available to almost anywhere in the world. We use a range of couriers to ensure the most competitive rates. Due to differences in cost, these are priced on an individual order basis. Please contact us for an accurate costing.
